The house has surface of ​​68 m2, with an outside area of 401 m2! Outdoor equipment is available in the garden (umbrella, chairs, etc). There is also a balcony on the top floor where you can sit and relax. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, making it suitable for a maximum of 6 people. There is also 1 fixed baby bed available. Finally, there is a private and closed shed, for the bicycles. In Northeast Overijssel you will find the picturesque town of Gramsbergen. The center of Gramsbergen is small but nice. Nice shops, restaurants and cafes contribute to the cosiness that this town exudes. There are terraces where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink when the weather is nice. From park 't Hooge Holt you can walk within 10 minutes (1 minute by car) to the Plus Supermarket where you can get your daily groceries. You can find the supermarket on the shopping square opposite the NS station. From the cottage you can also reach the beautiful Vechtdal in no time; a natural and green environment on the border with Germany. The park is also located on the well-known route of the Pieterpad, which runs from Pieterburen (Groningen) to Maastricht (Limburg).
