The fit consists of a beautiful living room with two environments, living room with Smart TV (cable TV - Sky, Premiére channels to watch your heart team) and fireplace; Beautiful dining room with 6 chairs, armchairs, large comfortable sofa, split hot and cold air conditioning, Wifi.
For culinary lovers, we have a compact but fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare from snacks to quick meals and why not that romantic dinner?
For convenience we have laundry with tank, washer / dryer, iron.
At the time of your well-deserved rest, nothing better than recharging your batteries in one of the three bedrooms available. Configured as follows:
* Suite with queen size bed + auxiliary bed, wardrobe and hot / cold split;
* Semi-Suite with Queen Size bed, wardrobe and hot / cold split;
* Coverage with 2 environments, one of them with 2 single beds + auxiliary bed, Smart TV with Sky and the other environment with 01 Queen Size bed and wardrobe. Split hot / cold, full bath and sun terrace.

Excelente hospedagem
Adoramos a hospedagem. Lugar tranquilo e muito limpo. Atenderam sempre a todas as nossas demandas. Os administradores são muito prestativos. O apartamento é espaçoso e aconchegante, perto de tudo. Super recomendo a hospedagem e desejamos voltar a nos hospedar nesse apartamento novamente. Nossa família adorou.

Perfeito para duas famílias
Nos hospedamos no apartamento por uma semana em julho e tudo funcionou muito bem. O aquecedor dos chuveiros e pias funciona muito bem, assim como o aquecimento dos ambientes, o que foi importante pois estava bem frio. Acomodou muito bem as duas famílias, cada uma com um casal e duas crianças. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, e pudemos fazer o café da manhã em casa, assim como o jantar em alguns dias. A máquina de lavar e secar roupas é excelente e foi muito útil no tempo úmido que pegamos. A localização é excelente, com um ótimo mercado na esquina, podendo ir à pé ao Mini Mundo, assim como a vários restaurantes. As crianças adoraram a piscina coberta do condomínio. O apartamento estava bem limpo, roupas de cama, toalhas, tudo limpo e em quantidade suficiente para todos. Sentimos falta de uma máquina de lavar louças, mas a água quente na pia tornava a lavação menos sofrida :) O aquecedor teve um problema no primeiro dia, mas foi rapidamente solucionado por um técnico chamado pelo encarregado pelo ap.
Resumindo, excelente opção em Gramado!!!

Simplesmente perfeita !!!
Foi a primeira vez que não ficamos em um hotel, então, estava muito preocupada, mais quando cheguei e olhei tudo, amei cada dia que ficamos nessa cobertura, que é impecável como as fotos mostram. O espaço é ótimo, tudo muito funcional, e pertinho de tudo em Gramado, ficamos super felizes!!! Super Indico !!!! E o atendimento dos donos também impecável, o pessoal nos recebeu com muito carinho também, enfim, MARAVILHOSO !!! E o condomínio é perfeito !!!!
