The heater will turn off or overheat due to debris clogging it up. \*This would also incur and fee to fix. Security Notice: For safety and property monitoring, the hot tub area is under 24/7 video surveillance. By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded while in this area. Pizza Oven/Fireplace: Please bring your own wood to use this fireplace. The grocery store Carlie C’s, right off the highway 40 exit 147, always sells firewood out front. No cigarette butts or trash in this area please, this can be used to prepare food. Keep it clean or avoid using it. Propane Grill: We do provide gas for your personal use of the grill. \*If you decide to have more than just the guests staying at the home, such as a party or a gathering with others not staying in the home, please bring your own propane. If you find the grill without propane when you arrive or before you leave, please reach out to me so I can provide a refill for your stay. Pets: Please pick up yard waste after your pet during your stay. We provide dog bags for this. We also appreciate it if you can use the pet blanket to cover up comforters or fabric chairs if you must have your pet up with you. This prevents pet smells in furniture & linens and ensures not muddy paw prints damage fabrics. There are also black towels by the front door for muddy paws if you happen to come on a rainy day. Extra beds & play pen: Please put back the extra beds as you found them. We store these in the closet, nicely packed or folded away. We were in Graham for a wedding and loved our stay! The yard is awesome, the house is roomy and well stocked, and we loved the decor. It was a lovely property identical to the pictures. The home was beautiful, well maintained and decorated wonderfully. There was ample space and plenty of games to play. This is a lovely, quiet, comfortable house, lovely furnishings, and everything you could need. We loved it!! I had some issues with the VRBO app, but the homeowner is wonderful! It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Great experience for us. Aubrey answered all questions (probably more than usual since it was our first time) very quickly. Took our dog and house was great for her as well. House was clean and pretty much looked exactly like on line pictures. Very clean and bright. Close to Main Street so we walked our dog down there daily. Shops on Main Street are cute and dog friendly. Everyone in town was very nice. Would definitely recommend this home and the town of Graham. ##### Jackie P. The host was responsive and flexible. The open and well-appointed kitchen allowed us to stay in for a couple of nights and cook for ourselves. We also enjoyed the games that were provided as well as the lovely patio and fenced backyard. The copious lightning bugs at dusk were a big plus, too. The Graham town square was within walking distance. We enjoyed browsing in the shops, restaurants, outdoor outfitter, artisan gallery, and local brewery. The decor was very interesting. We felt right at home. We were in town for an event at Elon University. It was a 15 minute dive.
