### Welcome to Gemstone at Possum Kingdom Lake
This gorgeous, two story 7 bedroom, 5 ½ bath home was built to accommodate multiple families with 3 King master bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Gemstone comfortably sleeps 8-10 adults, 8-10 kids allowing up to 16 total guests. As you arrive at Gemstone, you will immediately notice the calm, relaxing atmosphere awaiting. The open concept living, dining, kitchen is perfect for large family gatherings and meals. The kitchen features double cooktops, ovens, dishwashers and microwaves so there’s plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen while enjoying beautiful lake views. The large island area and 8 person dining table can accommodate your large groups. There’s plenty of storage in the butler pantry and a wet bar area for your beverage needs. The covered patio flows from the main living areas and has a table for outdoor dining and lounge chairs for relaxing while looking out across the calm lake cove.
The upstairs “Grey” King master bedroom features a king bed, TV and patio access. The private ensuite master bath has a tub/shower combo. The second upstairs “Blush” bedroom has two queen beds with an ensuite and shower. A powder room on the main floor is convenient to the main living and kitchen.
The game and media room is located downstairs and features a poker table, foosball table and 85” flat panel TV. The couch is large and cozy to curl up and watch a movie or a football game. A second wet bar area has a microwave, mini fridge, sink and ice maker. The laundry room is located in the downstairs area and features double washers and dryers. Wifi is located throughout the house, as well as DirecTV.
The first downstairs “Teal” master bedroom has a King bed with TV and private patio access. The ensuite bathroom has a large soaker tub, separate shower and a double vanity. The second “White Diamond” King master bedroom has a cozy bed and an ensuite with a walk in shower. The downstairs bunk rooms are situated conveniently around the downstairs media room and entertainment areas. The largest of the 3 bunk rooms has 4 queen beds. Both of the other two bunk rooms have 2 twin beds in each. The downstairs bath for the bunk rooms has double vanities, a tub/shower combo and a separate toilet room.
Many outdoor living spaces round out this perfect “Gem” vacation home with fire pit, picnic table, multiple outdoor gathering spaces and seating areas. Gas grills are located on the top balcony and dock and the fireplace provides a nice cozy spot during the colder months. Whether you are looking to find some quiet space to read a book or watch the kids swim in the cove, this home has everything you could want in a vacation. The quiet, wide cove is perfect for using the provided paddleboards and kayaks. This cove is also a fisherman's dream with an added bonus for night fishing with a green fishing light that turns on automatically at sunset. The dock has room for 2-3 boats with one boat lift and one wide slip. DirectTv is set up on the the upper dock so that you don’t miss your favorite sports game while you enjoy fun in the sun!

This property was even better than we expected. Perfect size for our three big families for our annual lake trip. Kids loved the game room and bunk beds. Adults loved the kitchen and living room! Tons of kitchen accessories made it so easy to cook and bake for everyone. 100% will stay here again if it’s available next time!

The property was exactly as advertised and amenities were as good as expected. We were surprised to find two microwaves in kitchen area, as well as ice machines both upstairs and downstairs. One item of concern if you have handicapped, or elderly, individuals coming to stay is the amount of stairs required to be navigated. Outside of the limited parking, steep access to the property, and the number of stairs required to navigate, this is an excellent property for a large family. We had 22 people in our group (when everyone could be there), and we had sufficient room for everyone to sleep with no issues. Kids were very happy with the dock and toys they could use around the dock.

The house and boat dock in a nice family friendly cove was beautiful, clean, well stocked with all extra things to make our vacation almost turn key, including a variety of life jackets. What a great property. We stayed with another family who has teens also. There was plenty for them to do. Docked our boat easily to the dock. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the cookware that you could need. Plenty of space for everyone. The teens loved the movie/game room downstairs.

Beautiful home, clean, updated, open living concept. Had perfect amount of rooms, bathrooms and beds. This home accommodated 6 families and all ages of their kids! It was a great family vacation with a beautiful wedding!! Everyone had a blast on the dock with the Lilly pad, kayaks and paddle boards! We left a gate, pac-n-play and infant bassinet. There were already gates and a pac-n-play tho. If we come back here again, we’d love to rent this home again!!

We enjoyed some relaxing time on the Lake. We did some fishing, swimming, rented a boat, and some relaxing. The house is a great location on the lake. Beds were comfortable. Loved the ice machines and coffee maker with water already filtered in.... Enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. If I were to suggest anything.... A few things needed some "TLC" The BBQ grill was worn out and some of the boards on the dock needed some attention. Just some basic wear and tear that needs to be addressed. We would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for having us....It was great!

#### Nice home for large families
This is a nice home for large families. The kitchen is wonderful with two ranges, two dishwashers and two microwaves. Having two ice makers was also nice. Also lots of seating with three different areas to relax in. The kids loved the game room and fishing and jumping off the dock. Being able to use the dock for our boat was a plus. The only drawback to this house was the steep driveway and all the stairs. There are three different sets of stairs, which can be a pain carrying groceries and luggage from the car in or going down to the dock. Overall it was a really nice home for large families, but if anyone has mobility issues, it could be a challenge.

Finding a place to house our 4 families that allows for everyone to have their own private spaces and provide entertainment from grandparents down to 4-6 year olds and everyone in between is no small feat. Gemstone knocked it out of the park and was an amazing space to accommodate all. The property manager met us at the house and walked us through how to use the property. they were patient with us and answered all our questions quickly. The property had everything we could have possibly imagined and even more. Boasting two of everything in the kitchen this place was planned out for large groups. A gorgeous setting in the woods to spend time together. We made memories that will last for generations to come. We can't wait to get back to this retreat on the lake.

I take my kids and grandkids every summer to PK. This was rated our favorite place by all of us. Driveway is sketchy but doable and totally worth it. House couldn’t be more perfect for a large family. There were 12 of us. Was great having the boat slip and so peaceful back in the slough!❤️
