"Don't be fooled by the exterior. This place is amazingly modern, clean and comfortable. The host even WhatsApp me prior to checking in to make sure that we have no food allergies for breakfast which is included in the price and the direction to his Guest House. The room is very quiet even though there is a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants and activity nearby. Easy to access free parking nearby with an elevator taking you up to the city center, only about 8 minute walk to the lodging. Very welcoming, helpful host."

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. "We stayed (party of 7) at Il Casale del Passatore for the first 2 weeks of July 2019 and it was a truly amazing holiday. It was our first trip to Italy and we found the area and the people wonderful and friendly. The House is exactly as described on the website. "Such a beautiful resort. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so amazing and helpful. Rome was about 1.5 - 2 hours away by transit but it was so worth it to stay at this resort. Very easy to take the transit. Very authentic Italian and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. This resort is up on a high hill that cars cannot go up so be prepared to walk up a step hill or 2 but worth it!"
