Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 4, welches das komplette Dachgeschoss umfasst. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, die modern eingerichtet sind. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad, das auch sehr modern ist. Das Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß. Neben einen Esstisch sind dort noch 2 Sofas und ein Wohnzimmertisch. In der Küche steht alles zur Verfügung was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Man kann direkt im Hotel Frühstücken und Abendessen. Das Hotel / Ferienzimmer befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort. Von dort kann man sehr schön Wanderungen im Thüringer Schiefergebierge oder am Rennsteig unternehmen. Auch Oberhof und Ilmenau sind sehenswert. Kosten für die Unterkunft: Eigentlich war alles super, wenn nicht das leidige Thema Kosten gewesen wären. Wir haben in einem Portal gebucht und haben eine Buchungsbestätigung für 3 Personen erhalten. Kurz darauf hatte uns der Senior-Chef angerufen und informiert, dass eigentlich nicht der Preis auf der Buchungsbestätigung gelte, sondern der Preis sich nach den Angaben in untenstehendem Text der Buchungsbestätigung berechnen würde. Als wir vorschlugen dies schriftlich über das Buchungsportal zu klären, akzeptierte der Senior-Chef die Summe, die in der Buchungsbestätigung bereits angegeben war. Als wir beim Aus-Checken die Rechnung erhielten war wieder ein Preis berechnet, der knapp 10% höher war als der in unserer Buchungsbestätigung. Nur eine weitere Diskussion hatte dafür gesorgt, dass wir letztendlich nur die Summe bezahlten, die in der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben war. In Summe hatten wir das Gefühl, dass durch unfaire Methoden versucht wurde mehr Geld zu erhalten als schriftlich vereinbart wurde. Auch wenn es sehr schön war werden wir uns beim nächsten Mal eine andere Unterkunft suchen. ##### Yvonne B. ---
