Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch. Nette Bars, feine Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft und auch ein toller Strand sind in kürzester Zeit fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist im Grunde sehr gut ausgestattet; nur müsste unserer Meinung nach doch einiges erneuert beziehungsweise repariert werden (Dusche mit in die Jahre gekommenem Plastikvorhang, Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer sind so lang; dass sie schmutzig werden müssen). Leider hat auch das WLAN die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert. Nous remercions vivement Marco pour son suivi attentif lors de notre séjour ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueilli sur place pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L’appartement est très bien situé, tout près de la magnifique pinède mais également à deux pas de la promenade le long de la mer. Il bénéficie de tout l’équipement nécessaire et est agencé avec beaucoup de goût. Un emplacement de parking est également à disposition ( fort appréciable à Grado!). Nächster Supermarkt 5 Gehminuten, Bäcker um die Ecke und Samstags ist Markttage auf der Piazza 2 Wohnblocks weiter. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Aquileia, Triest usw. Grado bietet viele sportliche und abendliche Aktivitäten zum Weggehen, schöne Altstadt mit leckeren kulinarischen Gerichten und alles fußläufig. Hier ist für jeden Alter etwas dabei.
