A very comfortable, well appointed apartment in a convenient location.
We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. There is a local supermarket and a lovely bakers to hand. The flat is light and modern with two good balcony areas. It was also very quiet, however we were not there when Grado is busy. Marco explained all the workings of the lights/air conditioning etc. Make sure you pay attention. One thing we didn't know was that we were expected to bring our own sheets and towels. If you are driving that is not a problem but if flying then it can be difficult. We would certainly recommend renting the apartment both from a point of view of the flat itself and it's location.

Ein Apartment für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Grado
Problemloser Check-in und Check-out, alles hat so geklappt wie mit Marco besprochen. Wir haben im Dezember neun Tage in dem Apartment verbracht. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt und bietet genug Platz zum Essen und wohnen. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, bieten genügend Stauraum und die Betten sind bequem. Den geräumigen Balkon konnten wir - Wetter bedingt – leider kaum nutzen. Das wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen mussten war uns bekannt und daher auch kein Problem. Praktisch: der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Am Samstag Vormittag findet gleich neben dem Haus der Wochenmarkt statt. Bäcker, Bar, Bio-Alimentari und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Der Fußweg zum Meer beträgt weniger als 10 Minuten und in die Altstadt geht man max. 30 Minuten, entweder an der Lagune entlang oder am Meer – oder man nimmt eben den Bus. Da es viele schöne Radwege gibt, sollte man unbedingt Fahrräder mitbringen oder vor Ort ausleihen. Einziges Manko: obwohl die Heizkörper ihr Möglichstes gaben, konnten sie die Kälte des Dezembers nicht komplett vertreiben.

Schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment nicht weit vom Meer
Das Apartment ist sehr modern renoviert und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. 2 Balkone, die elektrischen Jalousien und die Klimaanlage erleichtern den Aufenthalt bei Hitze. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg erreicht man das Meer. In dieser Wohnung kann man gut seinen Urlaub in Grado verbringen. Einziger Nachteil: Es ist ein sehr langer Weg in die Altstadt mit den schönen Geschäften und vielen Restaurants.

Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen und gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Der Strand ca 600m entfernt.

Fantastische Lage und ein wunderschöner Ort
Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, klasse Lage in dem schönen Ort Grado. Check in hat einwandfrei funktioniert mit Händen und Füßen 😊 Wir waren über vor Ostern da, da wäre es schön gewesen zu wissen das es nur italienisches Fernsehen gibt. Mit zwei Kindern braucht man etwas TV. Ansonsten ein rund um gelungener Urlaub mit viel Sonne ☀️

Einfach traumhaft - Rundum gelungen
Wir haben im Oktober zwei Wochen in Marco's toller Wohnung verbracht. Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos geben die Wohnung optimal wieder. Trotzdem Marco selber nicht vor Ort ist, ist er zu jederzeit ansprechbar und beantwortet alle Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich! Auch mit seiner Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Nur als Tipp: Sie spricht ausschließlich italienisch. Was überhaupt kein Problem ist. Nur bei uns hat es kurz für Verwirrung gesorgt, da wir es nicht wussten und sie auf Englisch kontaktiert hatten 😂 Auch die Lage in Grado ist super. Wir waren schnell am Strand und in der Altstadt. Die ganz Region ist einfach toll! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen - was wir nicht gerne tun, sonst ist sie irgendwann zu bekannt und schnell ausgebucht 😂😉 Danke für alles!

Tolle Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt
Wir haben im September zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist funktional und gemütlich eingerichtet und gut mit Küchen- und Haushaltsutensilien ausstaffiert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die geräumige Loggia haben wir gern genutzt und dort ist man bei Regen geschützt, sie ist wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer. Von den Schlafzimmern aus gelangt man auf einen weiteren grossen schönen Balkon, den wir aber nur zum Wäsche trocknen nutzen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit viel Platz für Kleider ausgestattet und im Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die ruhige Umgebung trägt dazu bei. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei, hätten aber auch welche aus der zur Wohnung gehörenden Garage nutzen können. Marco hat uns Fragen schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet, wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Fussminuten vom Strand entfernt, mit dem Rad ist man in einer Viertelstunde in der Altstadt und kann dafür die zahlreichen Radwege nutzen. Gleich im Nachbarhaus ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befinden sich im Quartier. Samstag Vormittag beginnt gleich vor dem Haus ein Markt, wo es auch Gemüse und Früchte zu kaufen gibt. Nach Grado und in diese Wohnung werden wir gern zurückkommen. Mille grazie, Marco!
