"The pool and hot tub were great and definitely one of the better parts of the stay. Pool towels are available at the front desk, which was convenient. The hotel was also in a good location for food delivery and shopping — I ordered DoorDash groceries from Smith’s with no issues on the hotel’s end. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The first night, when I pulled back the covers, there were 💩stains on the sheets. I went down to the front desk, and the woman working was extremely nice and immediately changed all of the linens for me, which I appreciated. One thing to be aware of is that there were a lot of people around during my stay, and it could get pretty noisy outside at night with yelling and cussing. Also, kind of a bizarre experience, but my DoorDash driver told me she noticed someone walking a dog near my room and the dog had urinated on one of my grocery bags that was outside my door. She actually waited for me to answer the door, so it wouldn’t happen again, which I appreciated, but it definitely wasn’t something I expected to deal with at a hotel."

"The hotel is probably the best for lake Havasu. Old school vibes with modern amenities. The bar and restaurant is great and has good value. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again."

"The home was exactly as described: clean rooms, comfortable master bed, clean towels for bath and pool, clean and warm pool (we paid extra to heat it), lots of fun games, and close to everything! We walked uptown to shop and for supper. Our only complaint is they only provide the bare minimum-a few rolls of toilet paper, three garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods, etc. which we went through pretty quickly in our 5 night stay. I would recommend a drawer with things like Saran Wrap, foil, ziplock and maybe a few seasonings-salt and pepper was left behind for the next renter;) Overall, we would definitely stay again!"
