"Check in was super quick easy, staff was super helpful. Room was clean, it did smell a little like sewer but I think it was because we were tucked in the back. Other than that, location was super convenient."

"The pool and hot tub were great and definitely one of the better parts of the stay. Pool towels are available at the front desk, which was convenient. The hotel was also in a good location for food delivery and shopping — I ordered DoorDash groceries from Smith’s with no issues on the hotel’s end. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The first night, when I pulled back the covers, there were 💩stains on the sheets. I went down to the front desk, and the woman working was extremely nice and immediately changed all of the linens for me, which I appreciated. One thing to be aware of is that there were a lot of people around during my stay, and it could get pretty noisy outside at night with yelling and cussing. Also, kind of a bizarre experience, but my DoorDash driver told me she noticed someone walking a dog near my room and the dog had urinated on one of my grocery bags that was outside my door. She actually waited for me to answer the door, so it wouldn’t happen again, which I appreciated, but it definitely wasn’t something I expected to deal with at a hotel."

"The property was very nice, clean, and the property description was accurate. The property manager was very timely with her responses. The water and cookies found in the refrigerator upon our arrival was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels take us back to Lake Havasu City."
