10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

"The hotel itself is very charming. The staff was not very helpful and the room was incredibly noisy. We were spending over 180 Euros on dinner and they would only sell us water, they wouldn't provide tap water. But the room was clean and the hotel itself was charming."
