Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, hell und freundlich. Ideal war auch, dass ein TG- Platz zur Wohnung gehört. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die Oberflächen waren gereinigt, aber es gab einige Stellen, die schon lange nicht geputzt worden waren (z.B. Unterseite des Waschbeckens, Syphon total verkrustet, Schimmelstellen in der Dusche, ... Der Boiler in der Küche war undicht und tropfte. Es stand eine Müslischale zum Auffangen des Wassers darunter (Vormieter oder Reinigungskraft?)
