The rooms were very clean each day and fresh towels given to us.
the decor is a little outdated and could do with a re fresh as well as the beds they are not very comfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and every time you turned over the bed would creak loudly.
Bottles of water were only given to us once on our 3 night trips.
The hotel is very noisy at night with people slamming doors talking loudly, you can also hear all of the traffic , trams etc but it was ok.
Easy place to stay close to centre for exploring.

Beautifully decorated hotel from the lobby & restaurants to the rooms. Oliver at the front desk was very helpful and also the girl who worked the afternoons (I didn’t get her name) gave a delicious food recommendation. If you go to the bar then Jacob will go out of his way to find the perfect drink for you.
Everything in the old town area was within easy walking distance. Great place to stay when you visit!
