Love love love this place! My second time staying here and was just as good, super clean rooms and lovely staff, a super convenient location as well with the shopping streets within a five minute walk and easy access to public transport as well! Would definitely recommend :)

The Grand Hyatt Seoul has a fantastic location above Itaewon with beautiful views, and that's about all it has going for it. The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist ...

ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun
The hotel staff was great. They were super helpful with recommendations for places to eat and their English was strong. The suite was large and comfortable. I would use this place again.

Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites
This was my second time at this hotel. Everyone was super kind and the room was clean and large. I only wish it had an electric outlet right between the two beds to make charging easier while sleeping. Other than that, would totally recommend this place!
