The rooms are nice, it’s in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and it’s located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples". Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if it’s hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down. Goyang-Si is a long way from Gangnam area, but the local dining was delicious, all traditional Korean, and inexpensive. It is close to Kintex Exhibition Site, and price was very reasonable. During the stay, the room had a Samsung Air-Dresser in the room. It was my first time trying it. It was very quiet and effective at drying clothes overnight. The property was very amenable to letting me check in at 6:00am (for a reasonable charge). 部屋によって違うが、洗面台の流しは床に垂れ流し状態なので、足元が濡れやすく気持ち悪い。 （その為にスリッパが置いてあるので、これは慣れの問題） 今回、韓国初出張のメンバーがいたのでこのホテルにしたが、価格的に考えても次回からはフツーにモーテルに宿泊する予定。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2019 ### 10/10 ウオン)あるいは金浦空港 (BUS 7300 3100ウオン) からのバスで KINTEX 停留所からも徒歩 (降りて向かい側の通りへ行きアパート内を大化駅方向へ歩き、大化駅前で右へ真っ直ぐ行くとすぐ判る)10分以内。部屋は広く、ゆったり。ベッドもバスタブも十分な大きさ。フロントも応対は良く快適。食事や買い物はホテル周辺にて十分賄える。KINTEX での仕事では再び宿泊いたします。 #####
