"The unit was cozy and welcoming. The property manager was kind and considerate. He even cared enough to help this internet illiterate old lady through the process of on line registration and he was extremely kind and communicated beautifully!The only thing I would have liked more would be direct beach access. But Governor Patterson Sate park was close and the Hilltop diner was great and both were walkable."

"A great stay! Just a few things to be aware of. Dryer takes 2 hours to dry even on highest setting. The stove couldn't get water to a full boil. Path down to beach not easily accessible especially for elderly and young kids. (Staircase is broken off halfway down and you have to mountain goat down large rocks to get to the beach) I know it's not the property owners responsibility but the pictures were misleading. Also the path is not directly from the property but a few blocks away. Lack of tvs, only 1 of the 3 rooms have one (the master bedroom doesn't have a tv). Has no glass recycling so must take all bottles with you when you leave. Besides that the place is awesome. The beds are super comfy, hot tub is nice and hot and clean. Amazing living/ dining area. Check in was a breeze. They even had a jar of dog treats and doggy poo bags setup at the entrance. Tons of hot water. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Lovely place. It really is great! Just be aware of what was previously said. "

"The host was very accessible. The rental was clean and everything worked. The refrigerator had problems, but this problem was remedied right away. Good location (with the exception of Hwy 101 noise and traffic being so close). The beach and the town were wonderful."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only concern was the bbq grill. It was not clean,but we may have been the first people to use it in some time, and the lighter is empty.The rust has made it unstable, it appears that the top is not connected to the base. I worry that it may be dangerous for families with little children.Thank you for quickly addressing the cold hot tub. The hot tub guy was prompt and friendly. Overall awesome time. "Very clean, comfortable and well-stocked apartment. Bed was also comfortable. Location was good to see beaches/king tides both north and south. Hilltop Bistro .2 miles away-excellent food!!"

"Exactly as advertised! Kitchen was well equipped to make our thanksgiving meal. Walk to the beach was easy. The coffee shop at the end of the driveway is a huge perk! Conveniently located for easy access to great hiking, sightseeing, restaurants and groceries. "
