"The apartment is compact but well laid out, well kept & well equipped. Good central location with immediate access to the Coast Hwy. Nearby groceries & gas. Perfect for people to use as a base to explore this area of the coast. The 4-plex is just off the hwy but, surprisingly, even with the windows open at night, noise from the hwy was minimal. Jeff is a great host. Excellent & specific communication. We had all the information we needed exactly when we needed it. No problems at all with the arrangements, the apartment or understanding expectations. We will be back!"

"The house was clean and worked great for our family, host responded quickly to my questions. I wasn’t wild about the 5 min walk on the pathway to the beach but it was okay. I’ve been spoiled by being right on the beach for many years at Beachside State Park but we decided to try a house this year instead of camping. Strictly my preference, but I’d much rather be closer to the beach."

"The ‘cabin’ was amazing. The view of the ocean, Alsea Bay & Bridge and the straight right in front that joined the two bodies of water was so cool! You could truly see the direction of the tide. We saw harbor seals playing right in front. Eagles soaring overhead. Great Blue Heron landed in front and watched Osprey dive down to snatch a fish! Very quiet, except for the sound of the ocean. We were there for ten days, four days of a minus tide! So much to see and do. The ‘cabin’ was very well equipped with everything I needed to make meals. Bed was extremely comfortable. Primary bath had a great walk-in shower. Definitely what was advertised and more. Centrally located on the coast so never had to drive long. We will be back!"
