"Surprised that there was extra fees for room cleaning. Rooms are not cleaned daily unless you ask and there is added expense!"

"The location is great close to Hay St. and Murray St. malls. The room smelt smoky but seemed clean otherwise. The carpet throughout the hotel was worn and torn. Outside the building felt a little rundown with several vacant spaces nearby and homeless people sleeping around on the streets. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found I could hear people talking at night and people moving around which kept me awake but otherwise it was quiet."

"A nice hotel for people on a budget, but it certaainly does need a refurb. While everythinf was perfectly functional it was very dated. Breakfast was good value and well presented. The location was good and easy for busses and trains. "
