Een fijne locatie: ideale ligging, voldoende ruimtes, mooie (speel)tuin. Heel fijn voor een familieweekend. Minpuntje is dat het huis (en vooral de toestellen die er zijn zoals TV, oven, microgolf, douches, ...) al wat ouder is. Niet alles werkte optimaal. De sauna was ook buiten gebruik. Dus zeker vooraf even checken als je dat wel verwacht.

Sauna bereits seit Februar defekt, Kindersandkasten voller Unkraut und Steine, bei Benutzung der Dusche läuft das Wasser in den Spielbereich im Stockwerk darunter, im anderen Raum bewegt sich die Dusche wenn man darin steht, Stromkasten in der Küche, Schutzbox aus Hartplastik am Boden ist kaputt, also sehr gefährlich für Kinder, Steckdose in der Wand mit schwarzem Klebeband abgedeckt, Petanque-Platz voller Unkraut, Bettwäsche riecht säuerlich und nicht sauber, sehr unfreundliche Vermieterin, musste eine Kaution in Höhe von 350 € an sie und werde es zurückerstatten, werde aber entscheiden, wie viel ??? Keine Inspektion, Stromverbrauch, Wasserverbrauch und Gas werden ermittelt und abgezogen, noch nie zuvor erlebt!! Absolutes Schutzhaus

Die Hütte war für uns etwas enttäuschend. Die Fotos erwecken einen falschen Eindruck (es ist weniger gepflegt und bestimmte Dinge sind nicht vorhanden, wie zum Beispiel die schönen Hängematten). Es ist veralteter, als die Fotos zeigen. Was war enttäuschend: - 1 Kühlschrank hatte keine Regale, sie waren kaputt und die neuen waren bestellt, aber noch nicht angekommen. - Die Heizung funktioniert mit Heizöl und konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden, daher war es im Gebäude sehr heiß, insbesondere auf dem Boden in der Küche. Es war ein sehr heißes Wochenende, aber wir haben trotzdem 50 (!) Euro für Heizöl bezahlt. Schade für die Umwelt. - Weil es so heiß war, hätten wir gerne die Fenster geöffnet, aber es gab keine Moskitonetze, die man benutzen konnte. Folglich viele Mücken in den Schlafzimmern. Über der Hintertür hing ein alter Vorhang, um das Ungeziefer fernzuhalten. Es gab Insektenlampen in der Küche, aber sie waren sehr schmutzig und eine davon funktionierte nicht. Als wir den Tipp gaben, Moskitonetze in den Türen und Fenstern anzubringen, sagte die Dame, sie wisse das nicht und würde es prüfen. - In einer der Duschen war die Tür kaputt und sie schloss nicht richtig. Hier und da bemerkte man, dass eine Fliese fehlte, eine Wand nicht richtig verarbeitet war, eine feuchte Stelle im Badezimmer, die Belüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht oder nicht richtig, so dass man ein Druckgefühl verspürte. - Die Sauna ist winzig und hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe in früheren Rezensionen gelesen, dass dieses auch nicht funktioniert hat, also wurde es vielleicht nie repariert. Der Eigentümer sagte, es sei auf einen Blitzeinschlag vor ein paar Tagen zurückzuführen, aber es ist seltsam, dass der Rest des Hauses nicht betroffen war. - Der Geschirrspüler brauchte sehr lange und startete mitten im Programm wieder, daher war er nicht sehr zuverlässig und das Geschirr war oft noch dreckig. - Die Gartenmöbel sind hier und da kaputt. Zum Glück gab es mehr als genug. - Das Dach war möglicherweise nicht oder nur sehr wenig isoliert, daher waren die Räume viel zu heiß. Außerdem gab es keine Fensterläden, sondern nur Vorhänge zur Abschirmung der Südfenster. Es war bu
