### Villa Kokalis Resort 5 Magical Cretan Diamond

Situated just 18 km outside of Heraklion, in the area of Ano Gouves,  
Villa Kokalis is the magical villa were your dream for unforgettable  
holidays in Crete can come true.  
Upon entering the villa a tastefully furnished interior welcomes you.  
There are two living rooms, one with an impressive marble fireplace  
with large windows viewing the pool and another, even more spacious,  
with sofas and great views of the garden. In addition, there is a  
workspace for those who wish to combine vacation with work. A  
comfortable dining room, with a seating arrangement for several  
guests, is connected with the spacious kitchen which is equipped with  
the most modern appliances. An en-suite bedroom (guestroom) with two large single beds is also available at the ground floor level. The outstanding marble staircase  
with the handmade railing leads to the first floor where four stylish  
en-suite bedrooms are located. The master suite bedroom comes with a king  
bed and a hot tub.Two suites with a queen beds, a one bedroom suite with two large single beds. All the suites bedrooms are equipped with air  
conditioning, satellite TVs, wardrobes, mosquito screens and balconies  
with great views either to the sea or to the mountains. There is also  
a fully equipped room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board  
and storage cupboards. At the external area of the villa, there is a  
well-maintained swimming pool with sun loungers, gardens with  
ornamental plants, small children’s pool, a children’s playground and  
a BBQ area. Villa Kokalis is good for couples, families (with kids),  
groups and for those who are searching for peace, tranquillity and  
privacy. Car parking with a secured gate is also available.

#### Wunderschöne Villa in bester Lage

Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und stand jederzeit für Fragen und Probleme zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt sehr nah an einer Hauptstraße sodass die Wege kurz waren. Es gibt in 10min Entfernung mehrere große Supermärkte (auch Bio) und ärztliche Versorgung (mit Corona-Test). Der Flughafen Heraklion ist nur 20min entfernt. Für uns war alles perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank an Eva, die wirklich toll war und sich super um uns gekümmert hat!
