Lovely Hotel, restaurant and bar.
Staff were kind, helpful and friendly.

The included breakfast was advertised as continental, but there was also bacon, scrambled egg and sausage available every day too (stayed a week). Pity there was no tea or coffee in the rooms, but we were aware of that, so took our own travel kettle.
The staff were very helpful and polite, and the room was clean with the most comfy beds.
Located on the main market square in Bruges, it couldn't be more central.
We were in room 2 at the back of the hotel so heard absolutely no noise from the surrounding area.
Parking is at de Beikopf to the rear of the hotel. It's covered public parking with a daily charge of 17 Euros (May 2026). Getting to it wasn't too bad, but you really must research the one-way street system before you arrive.....and again for your route out of town.

"Room 107 was not cleaned when we got the key- cobwebs around the room and hairs in the bed. card, when we mentioned this to staff they said they would get it cleaned, we came back later in the evening and it had still.
