I’ve seen other reviews that make this hotel to be awful, but honestly, it is a really nice hotel, clean and modern with very helpful staff. There are security gates for the car park and 24 hour staff at reception. The room was spacious with a table and chair to sit at, the bed was very comfortable and the windows are double glazed so outside noise is mostly blocked out. You can hear the airplanes overhead but not in an intrusive way. Our room was spotlessly clean and the shower was hot. The adjoining hotel does have refugees in but they keep themselves quiet and away from you so they are not a problem. This is a budget hotel but my own experience of it was it was as good as moderate hotels. For convenience there is a communal microwave for use and the Carrefour is just a 5 minute drive away. Also in walking distance is a McDonalds, KFC and a Buffett dining restaurant.

It was extremely dirty. Seemed like mold was in the first room with big dark spots, some black on the floor and across the bathroom. Got a second room because of this and similarly had those dark moldy spots in the bathroom in addition to a few spiders and bugs. Left a few minutes after to find another place to sleep

The hotel next door contains dozens of refugees and is not separated from other hotels. Noisy with loads of children, and people hanging about the accommodation.

Horrible hotel with no air-conditioning!
This is a horrible hotel. It is in the ghetto, I felt unsafe and worried about our rental car being parked there. This hotel is in poor condition, everything was broken in our room, no maintenance of any kind. Fan didnt work, no air conditioning on a 29 degree day. We couldnt sleep as it was hot amd the bed was very uncomfortable. Will never stay here again! Would have stayed again at Easy Hotel but it was booked up on the way home. Close to airport that is all with this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Basic facilities and small rooms but comfortable. Reception staff very helpful. A bit tired and grubby in places but clean. A good base to venture in and out of Paris by train. Options to eat within easy walking distance. It transpires that breakfast isn’t included though implied it is. Don’t spend the 8 Euros on dry pastries and average coffee. Overall, would stay again if travelling by car and need a base to get to Paris.

Honestly the worst hotel room I've ever been in. I literally checked out as soon as I could find another hotel to stay in. Couldn't get a refund.

Affordable very near the CDG Airport.
You pay what you get. It was an inexpensive stay for us who just wanted a place to sleep in without spending any more money before taking the plane back to the US..._and it did just that, it is 10-15 mins from CDG Airport and it was very affordable- highly recommendable if you just want to sleep in at a low cost.

Unhappy stay
the Bathroom was dirty with a blocked sink. I have made a complaint but I was told that the sink could only be repaired the following Monday. no other choice was given to us and we had to stay in that room very disappointed

Was a good hotel, but could do with few things in the room like a kettle, iron, hair dyer also have like facilities for food n drinks. Staff where helpful and happy to help.

Not what was expected for the price & reviews
Last two nights in France, close to CDG Airport - 25 minute drive in rush hour. Approximately a 30 minute drive into Paris. Room very small and basic. Not well cleaned, found a bottle of water and crumbs under the bed. Close to a KFC and a McDonalds for basic fast food. Grocery store 5 minute drive away and a short drive to Goussainville and shops and restaurants there. Would not stay here again as the low quality of the room does not match with the price charged per night. This is a very low quality budget hotel with minimal rooms. Bathroom was clean but looked old and a bit grungy despite what appears to be a recent renovation. I would look elsewhere in the future even if it cost a bit more.

Does not feel budget
This was a last minute booking due to flight changes. We expected it to be poor due to being classed as a budget but we were wrong. The staff were very helpful and checking in was quick and easy. The room was a good size even with the bunk over the double bed. The bathroom is full size with a tub. The room was clean and the hotel looked to have been recently updated too. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance too.

Stay at Ibis Goussainville
The hotel is very clean, basic, well priced with good amenities, and nice breakfast. I stayed here because I wanted to be close to CDG, however, it is not so close. It is ~25 - 30 EUR from CDG by taxi and ~20EUR with Uber. If you're on a tight budget, there is a bus service to CDG very close to the hotel, costs 2EUR or 1 t+ ticket, bus number is 95-18 and stop is at roundabout close to McDonalds. Bus usually comes every 30 mins and takes ~20 mins to get to CDG. If you're planning on visiting the city, this hotel is not your best choice, it costs ~15EUR return and takes 40 - 45 mins by train to the city per person. Overall, I think it's a nice hotel and good value for money.

Clean and pleasant staff. Close to fast food places for quick food. Internet was very slow. Able to do precheck in to flight but slow. 15 minutes drive to airport with traffic.

Take an UBER not a taxi from the airport
Our stay was great however we made the mistake of following the crowds of people who stood in line to take a taxi to the hotel from the airport (we weren't sure what the protocol was since everyone around us was heading towards the taxi stand). It ended up costing over 25 euros, whereas when we took an uber back to the airport it was closer to 15.

An 'OK' hotel, what you would expect from a budget
Exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel, and better than some. Very basic, but fully serviceable and adequate, the bed was comfortable. Staff could have been a little more on the friendly side, very much gave the impression of going through the motions, no real effort to make you feel welcome. Not really a 'walk around' kind of area, although there is a Buffalo Grill and McDonalds within a 10 minute walk.

Het was een eenvoudig maar goed hotel voor deze prijs. We waren met 3 personen en ipv een stapel bed kregen we een kamer met een dubbelbed en een enkelbed En dat was een pluspunt voor ons. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.een lekker en goed ontbijtbuffet

que dire ? Nous avons eu droit à un excellent accueil du réceptionniste, gâté par le fait que nous avons du nous acquitter en espèce du prix de la chambre, l'informatique du groupe ACCOR étant en panne depuis 3 jours. Un trés mauvais point également quand nous avons demandé de nous réserver un taxi, en fait du taxi local auquel nous nous attendions, on nous a commander un taxi VIP qui nous a pris un forfait au lieu de payer au taximètre comme nous le souhaitions ce qui nous a coûté le double !

Accueil OK, petit déjeuner moyen, chambre correcte. Un seul bémol: demander au personnel de l'hôtel de ne pas se garer sur les places handicapées, sur les trois places de l'hôtel, deux étais occupées par les véhicules du personnel.
