NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no \`smoking\` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and \`use of fire\` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 5\. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. 6\. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We\`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them. 7\. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in). 8\. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: •Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per reservation. •Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied. •We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. •No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 40 pounds. •Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. •Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated. 9\. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. 10\. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera. 11\. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week. 12\. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances. 13\. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs. 14\. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
