We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy. Other Things to Note: ● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can host a maximum of 6 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations. DOG FEE: ● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. ● Guests shall register with the Big Bass Lake Community Association. REGISTRATION: ● $50 Transaction fee per group - This is included in the booking total ● Registration and/or bookings finalized within 3 days of arrival will include a $50 community processing charge, in accordance with community policy. ● Changes to the registration form will incur a $15 fee per request. ● These charges will be collected separately through the booking platform after the reservation is confirmed OPTIONAL community amenities (seasonal) pass: ● Weekdays: $8 per person per day ● Weekend: $10 per person per day ● Access to the Big Bass Lake community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. During the day our family enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and swimming in the lake. At night we loved the hot tub, fire pit, and catching toads. If we were to add any convenience to the property we would suggest access to a hose in the rear of the house.
