Le lieu de la location est très bien situé, au coeur de diverses visites telles que la ville de Ginguamp, la pointe de Plouha et ses superbes falaises, le château de la Roche jagu, Pontrieux, et encore bien d'autres. C'est un village avec les commodités nécessaires ( Vival , pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie, café...) et calme. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très agréables, bien sympathiques, discrètes.
