Waterfront Quay - 2nd floor apartment overlooking the water
Waterfront Quay is a 2 bedroomed second floor apartment accommodating large 5ft king size ‘zip & link' double beds (which convert to create 2 singles), plus the lounge also has a large corner sofa bed, possibly sleeping up to 6 guests in total.
The apartment has a main communal bathroom with a ‘P' shaped bath and shower over, toilet and wash hand basin with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite shower room with corner shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The open plan kitchen is well fitted with clean modern warm beech effect units and breakfast bar, Karndean flooring, integral fridge, washing machine, microwave and all other essential mod cons etc.
The open plan lounge/dining area is modern and contemporary with 3 picture windows offering great views of what's going on that day in the harbour and is very well furnished with a comfortable large corner sofa bed, an oak circular dining table with 6 comfortable high backed dining chairs, a large flat screen wall mounted TV, DVD player and Bluetooth music speaker.
All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel. A child cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours.
In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.
Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.

Spent 5 days in this comfortable apartment with my wife. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom with nice ensuing facilities main bathroom also very good. Apartment is close to all local shop and handy for the ferry to and from Portsmouth. Felt like home from home. Would use again if in the area.

Wonderful unit, great location, fantastic view across the waterfront to Portsmouth. Stayed here nearly 3 months on ‘holiday’ (visiting family in Gosport), nearly all during the Covid 19 virus lockdown and we feel we couldn’t have been in a better place. Unit very comfortable with good facilities and liveability - we could not fault it at all, despite the trying circumstances for all. The kitchen and bathrooms got a real workout but survived without problems. We can highly recommended for a holiday, hopefully in normal times when the great location to the High Street, the ferry, the pubs and Gunwharf over at Portsmouth, the bus station and waterfront walks comes into its own. Also, Ken will do anything and everything to ensure your stay is pleasant and trouble-free. You cannot go wrong in having your stay here. We enjoyed our Christmas Vacation at the Water Front Quays.
However a lift inside the building would have been great, due to the weather, the steps were extremely dangerous when wet. I would like to recommend that designated parking be included with the unit. We felt very secured in our space. It is an excellent location in addition fantastic shopping and access to Public Transportation is a visitor dream.

Nice clean tidy flat close to the ferries to Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quay and easy access to the Isle of Wight. I do think the stairs need a mention in the add.

Very clean, perfect spot close to the ferry. Only the locking of the various doors was a bit of a handful. Colour code the various keys maybe?

Great Flat,Great Location
What a super flat,very well equipped very comfortable and what a view!! Very well located,just a couple of mins from the excellent Gosport Ferry over to the Historic Dockyard,and Gunwalf Quays,and half an hour walk from the Submarine Museum.Just a few paces away are the Castle Taven and the Great Wall Chinese both great value.
There is little to dislike.
The only negative points are there are a LOT of stairs and there is no dedicated parking,both of which I knew about before I booked,I would stay here again tomorrow
