Good property and as advertised.
They could offer more pillows and tea.
The instructions for access need to be far clearer. Once you are in it's ok but it's circuitous and not clear. Took 20 mins longer to just get through the front door than it should have.

After check-in a cleaning service and electrician showed up.
The kitchen is beautiful and big but if you intend to cook, there are just a few utensils and dishes, no supplies for cleaning dishes.
the shower wasn’t working well and could be more clean.
The location was great and the staff friendly.
for a group of 6 we needed to ask several times for a second key.
The communication before the stay could be more responsive .
it has great potential, but a better customer oriented service and sup lies would make it to 4

The apartment was gorgeous. Very clean. Loved the location because it was only a few blocks from the mall. You have a drug store, mini market, liquor store and Starbucks only 1 block away. The only issue I had was with deposit options. You can only use blick or PayPal. The need to have more options

Had to get help to get the TV and AC to work, they have weird things going on, took forever to get something done ...had to go downstairs multiple times to ask She wanted to put me in a room with no elevator seeing my big suitcase, said the technician will bring it in 2-3 hours...the room stinks ...
