"Rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot. Came as a larger group and had nice area for all to hang out. "

"Ms. Steph at the front desk was incredible when checking in. There was an issue with the reservation and she was very helpful in trying to make it right. Thank you, Ms Steph for going above and beyond!! Unfortunately the good experience ends there. I couldn’t get the digital key to work and Sherry at the front desk just wanted to give more physical keys rather than fixing the issue (the app said see the front desk). When the curtains wouldn’t stay closed (first floor room 122 for my parentsthe solution was to change rooms (8:45-9 at night and unpack), my father asked for a butterfly clip and fixed the issue. The guide on the tv is what you would find in the 1990’s. The paper guide that was offered didn’t match the channels on the tv. A no-tell Motel has more channels and better guide."

"Let me start by saying Jalyn and Precious were nice but not willing or able to assist me. Apparently, their computer system was down and they couldn’t locate my reservation with the provided itinerary # provided by Hotels.com. As a result, they REFUSED to accommodate me with a room. I asked if they could comp the room or give me points to cover the cost to get a room at a sister property. NO. I asked them if I could get something in writing stating their cancellation of my room so I could file a claim with insurance. NO. Reason? System is down. No call to corporate or anyone who was able to assist. We booked another room in the area with a promise that someone would call and they would take care of me. NO CALL AND NO ACTION. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING. I’m still waiting and will revise my review if there’s a resolution. This is the second time Hilton Hotels has stolen from me."

"Loved the location of this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful - hotel smelled like it was new or had just undergone painting. Hotel lobby, hallways, design was very nicely done. The room was very nice, loved the large bathroom counter (did not see any towel racks though), room countertops were adequate for our needs, breakfast was good, hotel was quiet (enforced) and the pool was accessible off the main lobby. Parking lot was nice and maintained. Overall a very nice hotel and I felt that the price we paid for our stay was right for what we received, condition of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."
