"Communication with Belvilla (is landlord) exhausting. Good nice little house with 4 bedrooms. Clean and good price. Takes about 1 hour by bus to go everywhere in Amsterdam. Busline 199 2 minutes walk. We had a nice stay with 5 adults (2 couples)"

"Sehr schöne Ferienanlage! Die Unterkunft ist modern und sehr ordentlich. Haben uns alle sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Check In und Check Out sehr unkompliziert. Haben tolle Tage dort gehabt und viel in der Umgebung unternommen. Es war sicherlich nicht der letzte Urlaub dort :)"

"Es war gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haus war gut. Hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Staub etc. Ausstattung war gut. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. An die minütlich rüberfliegenden Flugzeuge muss man sich erst gewöhnen. Schöne Terasse!"

"Haus gemütlich und sauber. Es fehlten allerdings Basics wie Handtuch- oder Klorollenhalter!? An der Rezeption mussten wir eine halbe Stunde warten, obwohl die Checkin-Zeit bereits angefangen hatte. Schwimmbad warm und okay. Die Gegend ist ohne Auto leider nicht so toll. Vom See bekamen wir somit nichts mit."

"Wir haben nicht das Ferienhaus erhalten, das wir gebucht hatten. Minimarkt und Restaurant im Park waren geschlossen. So macht Urlaub keinen Spaß."

"I easily found that i paid much more than the normal way if i book directly from the website of De Rijp. In my booking, Homeaway, Belvilla and Resort de Rijp, three party have been involved. I book the house through homeaway, but actually it is booked with Belvilla also not with de Rijp. The final service is provided by de Rijp not by Belvilla. "We forgot there wasn’t any kind of AC or fans available in the home, soot was extremely hot after 8am. We kept the windows open all night to cool down as the temperature dropped in the evening. The only bad part about that is that all of the window screens had tears and holes in them so we were accompanied by tons of mosquitoes!! "Die Sauberkeit in diesem Chalet lässt zu wünschen übrig! Das Kunstleder-2er Sofa war total abgenutzt, das Lederimitat bröckelt einfach ab oder ist schon gar nicht mehr dran. Das Doppelbett ist so durchgelegen das es für Menschen mit einem Rückenleiden keine Schlafoption bietet. Der Fußboden war nicht gereinigt und die Keime und Bakterien in dem Teppich vom Wohnzimmer möchte ich mich sehen! Alles in allem war dieser Urlaub ein Reinfall!"

"This was a great halfway location between our family and Amsterdam. Things were clean and tidy. We were there we walked to the golf course next door for great food. Reminder that not all units have toilet paper and towels, so bring your own. It was a great budget facility that was roomy and clean. A short walk to the bus stop."

"A short bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal made this a conveniently located location to stay at. The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre."
