"The hotel is ok. It’s on the beach and that’s the primary selling point. BEWARE OF THE RESORT FEES!!! They hit you up with $40 a day in resort fees. Whether you use their amenities or not. It’s really dishonest. The price of the room listed is not really the price. It’s a terrible business practice."

"I rarely ever leave reviews but wanted to share my experience! This condo was perfect!!! It was not outdated. Everything was beautiful. King size bed was so comfortable. Nice quality towels as well. This is the first condo that I’ve used and haven’t had to had to go purchase one single thing. There were even muffin pans! May seem silly but it’s become “tradition” to make muffins for breakfast when we go to the beach and I always have to go buy a muffin pan. I just started bringing my own but forgot to this time. To my surprise there was one already there! Plenty of utensils and dishes, there were even Tupperware containers! (Something I usually have to purchase or bring as well) the owner truly thought of everything! The condo also stayed very cool!!! We actually had to bump the air up to 72 so we didn’t freeze! Even though it was in tower 2 and not technically on the beach, the view was still amazing and it was super easy to use the walkway to get across to the beach. Would 100% recommend!!!"

"The front desk staff was impressively rude and unhelpful. Front door of room had to be kicked shut and wouldn’t lock. When i asked for help staff said call the number on some sticker. Shower didnt work , bathroom door would not close at all. Cant stop staff from entering room to clean. Security guard asleep, vending machines didnt work, no ice machine, arcade open but cant get tokens. Whole place including room smelled like pot.beach access showers didnt work. Staff turned off elevator every day while they cleaned. It was the worst hotel experience ive ever had in my life. Place should be condemned."

"No cleaning service the whole stay, had to ask for towels at one point. Trash piled up with no pickup. Most uncomfortable bed ever in a motel."

"We booked this hotel b/c it was supposed to have no stairs in order to go down on the beach, it read, 'easy beach access walk straight down from the pool deck', but there were about 14 stairs so it is not handicap accessible. Therefore, we had to seek public beach access to put feet on the sand and toes in the sea. Also, the waterfall at the pool was not in operation, apparently, it was undergoing repairs. We were awakened by a fire alarm going off about 4 a.m. on our last day there, we were told it was a false alarm; no explanation why it went off. The room phone had to be replaced (it didn't work) as soon as we checked in, maintenance got right on it, replaced the jack and the phone. The hardwood floor had to be swept and needed mopped, there was a broom and dustpan for guests to use in the room, housekeeping obliged / swept and mopped it on our 3rd day there,apparently floor is hard to keep clean, I recommend socks be worn in the room to avoid dirty feet. Housekeeping and all other staff were really nice. Breakfast was a full breakfast of gravy, sausage and biscuits with eggs and more, and fairly good. I recommend ketchup with it. This is a comfy, mostly clean but very old hotel (appears to be undergoing repairs), it has nice balconies and beautiful ocean views to enjoy."
