Holiday house with garden and swimming pool

  • One km from the beautiful beach of Plagemesu, reachable on foot (the road has a bike path) is my house, surrounded by a large garden of grassy lawn, flower beds, palm trees, oleanders and an olive grove. Next to the house is the swimming pool, the mountains of the Iglesiente frame. The cottage is elegantly furnished with period furniture and a fireplace. High maritime pines surround the property.

Das Haus, der Garten waren an sich sehr schön und außergewöhnlich, der Pool auch, aber wir mussten drum herum erst alles saubermachen. Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zum größten Teil auch nicht mehr benutzbar. Kissen völlig verunreinigt und wenig einladend, viel Mäusekot, auch in Schrank und Schubladen, wir würden es nie mehr buchen und schon gar nicht für diesen Preis. Der Kontakt und check in mit der Besitzerin war allerdings sehr nett und hilfreich.

Séjour très agréable dans un havre de paix. La tranquillité des lieux et le jardin avec sa grande piscine ont été très apprécié. La climatisation et le wifi sont un plus non plus négligeable avec un adolescent. Angelo le jardinier est très sympathique et très à l’écoute. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Serena. Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus von Serena. Wer in seinem Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist im Südwesten der Insel goldrichtig. Das Haus bietet alles was man zum Leben braucht. Wir alle und auch unser Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist super, am besten ist aber der Pool. Man kann in Ruhe seine Bahnen ziehen und für die Kinder (5 und 10) war er auch perfekt. Wir haben von dort aus die Gegend erkundet (Gonessa, Iglesias, Portoscuvo, Sant'Antioco, Cagliari). Es war überall (außer in Cagliari) wenig los, aber das wollten wir erleben. Einfach das typische Sardinien. Die Strände waren auch super und auch im Hochsommer nicht überlaufen. Die Kommunikation mit Serena und ihren Helferlein verlief absolut problemlos über WhatsApp. Sie waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Fazit: Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Danke an Serena.

Tolles, komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit paradiesischem Garten und schönem Pool. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, für unseren Hund war das perfekt. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiterin jederzeit unkompliziert über WhatsApp möglich. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Superbe location au calme

La maison de Serena est un vrai bonheur. Au calme, sur un terrain immense. La maison est grande est très bien équipée. La piscine a été parfaite pour les moments de détente. Les enfants l'ont adoré! Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Bravo à Angelo qui s'en occupe et qui a été adorable avec nous, à nous donner des tomates du jardin, délicieuses! Les plages et activités alentours sont faciles d'accès! Nous y retournons si nous repassons dans le coin!

Im wunderschönen und touristisch weitgehend unberührten Südwesten Sardiniens gelegen, ist das Anwesen von Serena Serrenti eine absolute Top-Adresse. Das Anwesen besteht aus ca. 10000-15000 Quadratmetern Gartenanlage mit Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt und mit viel Charme. Ideal für Familienurlaub. Das Meer und der superschöne Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gonnesa bietet alles, was es für den täglichen Gebrauch bedarf. Braucht man mehr, ist man im malerischen Iglesias (ca. 10 km entfernt) super bedient. Ich hoffe, bald wieder an diesem wunderschönen Ort Ferien machen zu können.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit tollem Pool

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Anwesen wird durch einen unglaublich netten und hilfsbereiten Gärtner regelmäßig gepflegt! Unsere Kinder haben besonders den Pool geliebt. Wir haben vom Urlaubsort Südsardinien erkundet, was aufgrund des Pools viel Überredungskunst gegenüber den Kindern erforderte. Ein Highlight war auch das kleine Kätzchen, was auf dem Anwesen lebt.

Vacances magnifique

Nous avons passé 1 semaine paradisiaque dans cette belle maison très fonctionnelle et accueillante. Pouvoir se baigner tous les jours dans la piscine et profiter de la tranquillité du jardin est vraiment appréciable, tout comme aller à la plage ou au Conad City à vélos. Serena et son mari sont très chaleureux et avenants. Les personnes qui s’occupent de la maison sont très sympathiques et discrètes. Nous avons beaucoup de plaisir à vivre ici.

Ruhige und entspannte Ferien

Das Haus ist wunderschön und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight. Wir haben die Ruhe und Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Schöne Strände und andere Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Serena ist wunderbar und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! La casa è bellissima e ha tutto il necessario. La piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta :-) Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pace. Belle spiagge e altre possibilità di escursioni sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Serena è meraviglioss e una hostess con molto cuore. Ci siamo sentiti molto bene !!
