The concierge person, Viral Madhusankha, and manager on duty, Jainulabdeen Ramsheed, worked diligently to clear up a miscommunication/confusion about the complimentary city tour and arranged transport for me! "Lovely location and we enjoying visiting this beautiful colonial beach hotel however we were charged twice for drinks consumed in the lobby and moved to the terrace area despite explaining to the staff at the time and showing my receipts.
