This lovely 1-bedroom house in Melres is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a fireplace, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table. There's also a balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, it offers the convenience of complimentary parking on the property, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas. Beautiful and quiet location. Praia da lomba and the Rio Douro can be seen from the window/balcony in the living room and the window in the bedroom. Very clean apartment and certainly worth the value.
