The “S’Abba and Sa Pedra” complex hosts two beautiful and large swimming pools (one for adults and one for the kids) and is just 2 km from Golfo Aranci centre, 8 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from Olbia (port and airport). Two sandy beaches are just in front of the complex, while Baia Caddinas beach is also very close, within walking distance (200 meters). It has a magnificent view of the island of Tavolara and a wonderful garden surrounding it. This spacious apartment is 130 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (one triple with a double and a single bed, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom) 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, small covered porch and parking. It doesn’t have a sea view, being in the third row. It can accommodate up to seven people. The apartment also have free internet wi.fi. Small pets are allowed.
N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on 1st May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 30th.

Lovely spacious apartment in an upmarket location. The location was lovely with plenty of little beaches doted around that you can walk to. Eating & shopping was all further into town, so a car is necessary. The agency were very good - any minor queries we had were handled promptly and efficiently. The only real downside to the property was the terrace is really very small and if we had been a larger family (the apartment can fit up to 7 people) it would have been too cramped but thankfully we were just a family of 4 so it was ok. I think if we returned to the S’abba e sa Pedra development, we would opt for an apartment with more outside space but that doesn’t take away from the fact that we enjoyed our stay.
