"Once again, my only complaint is with the shuttle bus service to and from the airport. 1. After arrival at Trudeau International I waited for almost an hour for the shuttle bus. It never arrived. I gave up and paid for a taxi to the hotel. I don't think customers should have to do this when a shuttle service is part of what has been paid for. (The hotel is only ten minutes away from the airport. How can customers be waiting almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive?) 2. The next morning I got an early shuttle back to the airport. The driver possessed no social skills whatsoever. He neither said hello or goodbye, 'good morning' or 'have a nice flight'. He was completely silent and didn't even respond when passengers said thank you to them. He didn't instruct passengers to connect their seat belts, which was pretty important given that he failed to stop at three stop signs (simply rolled through). He also did a detour to drop someone off at work near the airport, pulling into a cargo area and stopping which confused the passengers. He didn't even have the courtesy to tell them that this was a detour to drop someone off. People are in a rush to catch their planes, they don't need the anxiety of wondering where on earth the driver is taking them. Especially when one has taken the route before from the hotel to the airport and knew that this wasn't the normal route to the airport. The driver needs to work on improving his social skills."

"I picked this hotel at random because my flight out of Montreal got delayed due to weather, and it was close to the airport. very clean, really responsive staff, rooms were cozy, and the price was very fair. I'd definitely stay here again. I've stayed in some fancy hotels in the past, and this place definitely operates on par with a lot of features of the bigger name hotels. very well managed from the top down."
