"We loved the location, it couldn't have been any better. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. The only negative would be is the bathroom ceiling fan was very loud and should be replaced. I would stay there again and I can't wait to come back."

"The hotel was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided regularly. The breakfasts were tasty and offered a changing selection, which was a nice touch. There is also convenient parking available, a terrace where you can sit and relax, and a laundry facility — a great addition, especially for longer stays. The only downside for me was the parking fee. I always appreciate when parking is included in the room rate, so having to pay separately for each day was a little disappointing. On the second day, I also had to ask for coffee and a cup, as they had not been replenished. It would be nice if the staff paid a little more attention to these small details. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and breakfast selection."

"The rooms were very pleasantly configured and furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room did not get cleaned one day, but it was an error and they cleaned it as early as possible the next day. The location was convenient, so Sandpiper Lodge made a great home base."

"Beautiful hotel in Santa Barbara! It’s walking distance to the waterfront and the property is beautiful. The room was clean and well kept, the breakfast was also very tasty and had a variety of foods to choose from. Overall it was a lovely stay and we will definitely be back!"

"Had an issue with the AC; maintenance was there within 10 minutes and fixed the problem. The room was perfect for us; 2 queen beds in the main room with 2 twin beds in the adjoining room for the kids."
