Staff was friendly, breakfast was good but no creamer for coffee unless you like french vanilla 😟 our room 312 was clean BUT the jacuzzi tub was gross looking we turned the water on and it was a yellowish color, there was mold in the corner ceiling the commode sits very low to the floor and so was the tp holder the shower was very small as well. Not happy we could not use the jacuzzi, and the mold we saw the next morning. we were promised an upgraded room the next day to be ready by noon, when we checked back they had assigned our room to someone else and we had to accept a down sized room no jacuzzi and no payment credit. That room had a beat up dresser located at the bottom, lamp on bedside table did not work (changed the bulb still not working it was in bad shape), and again there was yellow water coming out from the toilet tank!! Included some pictures but neglected taken one of the jacuzzi I wish I had of. The only good thing I can say is the location and the staff was friendly but did not do what they promised us. Definitely Will not stay here again
