"After seeing the stays ads and being told by others how good the site was with clean lovely homes . I decided to book with you to see how it goes . ( normally we use abn ) On arriving the smell from inside the house was musty smelly and not nice . The bedrooms were a good size but the pillows were very old and mouldy , bed mattress protectors were old and worn with pilling , one of the bedrooms has mould on the ceiling a heath hazard We had the fans on all the time we were there to keep...

damaged a couch when they absolutely did not!! Our

were outside the whole weekend except for a short time inside and sitting on the floor with us there the whole time. The manager did not listen to us. We have 5 star rating and leave places cleaner than we find them...I am not impressed with this dishonest treatment!!!!!"

"First of all they gave us the wrong number for the lock box. But even standing at the front door the standard of the property was revealing its self to us. The out door area in the pictures looked fresh and clean. The space when we arrived was littered with garden waste and foliage . The timber seat was rotten. Once inside the smell hit us coming from the back bedroom it was a body odour smell very smelly and dark and dingy. We did not feel comfortable staying at all. So we contacted the host...
