"My family and I loved our vacation. the host responded quickly to any questions I had. The cabin was very clean with a roomy, updated kitchen, comfortable beds and all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Front deck over looks the ski resort. The rear deck overlooks trees and mountains. Rear deck has a full size bbq grill and hot tub. Great location! Minutes walk/drive to ski, a golf range, big bear lake, hiking trails and the villages where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Also rented ATVs and fishing equipment from nearby establishments.Definitely will be back."

"We had a great time at Emerald Isle Cabin . Everything was exactly as promoted. I was vacationing with my 2 teenage grandsons, son and husband. We even brought our dog. We made good use of the hot tub and fire pit. The cabin was spotless. And the location was perfect. For you hikers, there was a trailhead across the street with a labyrinth of trails. My grandkids and I hiked everyday, exploring the area. I had a question when we arrived. Mark responded within a few minutes of my text and resolved the issue. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend it."

"Our family of four just returned from a wonderful stay at the Antler Inn. The home is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax after a day of exploring.The layout was perfect for our family. Our two teenage boys even felt like they had their own “space” in the cabin, which is no small feat. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, which was a big win for our gamers.The outdoor areas are spacious and offer beautiful views along with that crisp, refreshing mountain air. The location of Antler Inn is also ideal...close to the zoo (a must-do while you’re in town) while still feeling quiet, safe, and tucked away.Tasha was responsive, communicative, and upfront about a few minor issues from previous guests, none of which impacted our stay at all. A wonderful host.We would absolutely stay here again."

"Poor communication Full refund received. Why? Walked in to a cabin looking occupied. Dishes in sink. Windows, cabinets and doors left open. Beds a mess. Blankets tossed. Tv on? So took pics and vacated. Took 4 hours from check in at 3rd party to get communication from anyone. After 62 minutes on customer service lines.. multiple supervisors Finally received full refund. Slept on futon at family’s in town. "

"The property is very cozy, we enjoyed our weekend, the location is close to the village and restaurants. The fenced deck was perfect for our dog and our 2 year old, no worries about running into road. We enjoyed toe Ozone hot tub too. "
