Clean. Nice rooms and everything working. The fans are enough to keep the rod warm but could see it getting hot on 40 degree days with no aircon. Staff are lovely. Pool is small but nice and warm. So all in all a great hotel for this price. Good value for money. Some bits are a bit tired but nothing that would stop us from staying there again. Great views from 11th floor. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location. Walkable to town and shops. 2 hours free parking at Coles which is close by. Otherwise it’s handy to the trams and surfers is within walking distance and beach only across the road so that’s a bonus.
