Difficult check-in process. Lovely unit. Spectacular view and great location. Unfortunately though as it's privately owned, check-in is through a real-estate agent that lives over half an hour away. We wanted to drop off baggage before a conference, but reception won't have anything to do with you due to being private. Won't even accept a key drop off in an envelope. Space, comfort and luxury. The main bedroom is gorgeous and the BED is unbelievably comfortable!!! We will definitely be staying again and we were greeted so nicely aswell. Reception is great and the pool areas are awesome, slides and spas, not to mention the spa bath in the room!!! Property manager and check in personnel were great, however the property owner was NOT good to deal with. STAYZ were also NOT good to deal with and would NOT allow rebooking due to Covid travel restrictions, even after going through managers complaints. Luckily for us the borders re-opened the day of our check in, otherwise we would have lost all of our $ without the opportunity to rebook.
