Firstly, it was unbelievably hot and there are no aircons in any of the bedrooms. The aircon in the living area is on a timer and when I asked management to take it off we were told we would just have to get up and put it on through the night. The fans in the living area couldn’t be turned on by us and I asked management for some help which was not forthcoming until checkout we were told there’s a remote switch. The pool doesn’t open till 8am which is late considering it’s light at 5 and you can’t sleep because of the heat. This is supposed to be a deluxe accommodation and the little annoying things made it very overpriced.
