The bathrooms were very new and clean. The building and furnishing is a a little bit old, but sufficient for our stay. Reception was friendly. Firstly, it was unbelievably hot and there are no aircons in any of the bedrooms. The aircon in the living area is on a timer and when I asked management to take it off we were told we would just have to get up and put it on through the night. The fans in the living area couldn’t be turned on by us and I asked management for some help which was not forthcoming until checkout we were told there’s a remote switch. The pool doesn’t open till 8am which is late considering it’s light at 5 and you can’t sleep because of the heat. This is supposed to be a deluxe accommodation and the little annoying things made it very overpriced. The view is exactly the photos you watched in the website, no Photoshop, and the location is near the Glink, Surfer Paradise and city centre. Apartment inside is clean and tidy, the balcony is the best place to enjoy the breakfast.
