The hotel itself is quite nice and the staff were very helpful. We were disappointed a bit in the dining experience especially the Special Seafood Buffet which was disappointing. The pool, while large, wasn’t very nice, and the water was cloudy. The location is right off the beach which is very unique to Surfer’s Paradise which is a plus.

We enjoyed our stay here with our children, we opted for a daily villa which gave us plenty of space and a lovely room. However the hotel was very understaffed and you could tell these were just holiday jobs as the staff showed limited hospitality etiquette . House keeping was very limited despite paying a premium, and restaurant / cafe staff seemed in experienced , the pool is good fun and access to the beach is wonderful however there was not enough staff to maintain the area so after midday the place looks an absolute mess, management were lovely Kevin hand delivered some items I had delivered to the lobby which was very courteous but it was clear the hotel was having shortages of staff over the holiday period.

Great stay

Still a great hotel with a brilliant buffet breakfast. The dinner restaurant has a great location overlooking the pool area and has a very tasty menu.

4 days stay at the Villa, tried to use the washing machine and dryer. Both were not cleaned and still left with previous guests’ clothes inside. The dryer with cracked door and dusty. Other than this, the stays were generally presence. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise rather isolated, nothing much around the hotel. Unless self drive, otherwise very inconvenience.

Great being right next to the beach and on the walking track by the beach. Lovely arrival gift, which was very much appreciated. Villa itself was nice. General area of the hotel was dated. Not really any restaurants in walking distance. We left something in the room and contacted the hotel as soon as we arrived at the airport, but were unable to retrieve it, which was disappointing, as we know we left it there.
