You’ll be staying in Unit 1, which has its own private entrance, private fully fenced backyard, exclusive garage, and private living spaces — nothing inside the home is shared. The only shared area is the driveway, which offers smooth access to your garage and front door. You’ll have your own designated space, and we’ve made sure your comfort and seclusion are never compromised. Looking for more space? Travelling with extended family or a larger group? The second unit next door (Unit 2) can also be booked — ideal for those who want to stay close but with their own space. Enquire with us directly to check availability for both duplexes as a bundle. Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
