EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is by 10:00 am. You may simply return the keys to the designated area in our apartment before you leave. Without the swipe card, you can ONLY access to the Main Lobby on Level 1, so if you park your car on-site (Yellow Entrance), you can reach the carpark via any of the other lifts in the nearby hotel tower. NO late check-out is allowed. A $50 fine applies for each 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE: Key loss will result in a charge of $300\. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged during 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and an addition of $120 for any time beyond this period. The cost was quite expensive, given another $40 the Star charges is off set by $20 max 24 hr parking, casual parking was $60 per 24 hr. Inside looked like it was furnished with op shop items, only 2 sets of cutlery, mis matched dinner ware and glasses, no full length mirror, mirror that was there was broken, toilet brush rusted away, blinds badly fraying, windows not cleaned, shower still had hair from previous guest, check out was painful, as you had to leave the key in the room, doing that meant you no longer had direct car park access. The unit its self was built to an extremely poor standard, bubbly paint, lots of missing tile grout, timer floor poorly laid, already lifting. One night was windy, so disturbed sleep by wind noise on balcony, plus lots of hoons, yelling from street 50 floors below.
