Enjoy relaxed beachfront living at this spacious ground floor apartment right on the sands of Tugun Beach. With no roads to cross, you can stroll straight across the lawn onto the beach and enjoy one of the Southern Gold Coast’s most beautiful stretches of coastline.
San Simeon 6 offers a comfortable and easy base for couples, families or retirees looking to unwind by the beach. Positioned on the ground floor, the apartment opens out to a private patio area with ocean views and direct access to swimming pool and beachfront. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee, afternoon drink or simply sitting back and watching the waves roll in.
The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The main bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area and enjoy cool sea breezes. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area help keep the apartment comfortable year-round.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy holiday meals, along with an open-plan living and dining area featuring a TV and Wi-Fi for relaxed coastal stays. The property also includes a second bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a full laundry with washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
San Simeon is a absolute beachfront complex with fantastic resort-style facilities including a beachfront swimming pool and heated spa, full-size tennis court, rooftop adults-only sauna and spa, beachside barbecue area and kids games room. Secure underground parking is also available for one car (maximum vehicle height 1.95m).
The location is hard to beat — right on the beachfront in Tugun and within walking distance to local cafés, restaurants, the surf club and Tugun Village. The Oceanway walking and bike path runs directly out the front, making it easy to explore the coastline from Currumbin through to Coolangatta. Gold Coast Airport is also only a short drive away.

Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is approximately a 10-minute drive south of the property and around 6 minutes south of Gold Coast Airport.
Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

We chose to holiday on the Gold Coast when our plans for North Queensland were scuppered by the latest Covid lockdown. It was a very happy consolation prize. The unit was exactly as described on the website and the location was terrific. The unit was well setup with everything we might need and the service from the letting agent was good. We'd certainly visit again
This place was great, ground floor is the best literally walk out onto beautiful grass, beach and Pool . Could do with wifi though which was the only downer

Great location
Great secluded location if you want to get away from the world. Close enough to theme parks if needed. 10 mins from coolangatta 20 mins from surfers. Fantastic beach access.
