Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge. Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night\`s stay and may be evicted without refund. Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out. We require 3 Photos: \* Photo of a Key on the Kitchen Bench \* Photo of the Key inside the Lockbox \* Photo of the Lockbox closed, and code scrambled. If photos aren’t provided and we must check for keys, a $50 fee will apply. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.
