Fantastic Waterfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterfront Splendour . It ticked all the boxes for a fantastic family holiday . Exceeded expectation.We had no need to leave the house, the pool was so warm & inviting, we used the outdoor area everyday & night. Theatre room was fabulous. It was sheer luxury & we didn't want to leave. I can highly recommend Elite Homes, such a pleasure to deal with.

Family Holiday

We loved our stay it was perfect for our blended family. We were all able to hang out, BBQ and swim. Grandkids loved the theatre room and games. Close to shops and plenty of room for our 6 kids and their families.

Poor customer service

First property we stayed in the air con didn't work and we got no help from the manager on the Sat. Sent wrong keys to open windows and then wouldn't return phone calls. Rang again on the Sunday and spoke to someone different who was much more helpful and moved us to another property however we could only stay 3 nights and then had to move again which was very annoying with a group of 9.

Absolutely perfect!

Wow! This house is just beautiful. We were a family group of 14 staying for 11 nights and the house accommodated us very comfortably. The master retreat is huge with a luxurious bathroom and private deck, and the other 6 bedrooms very spacious. Ample kitchen, dining, lounge, entertainment and outdoor deck areas meant there was space for us all. The kiddies loved feeding the birdlife on the canal each morning and the sunsets over the deck were stunning. Elite Holiday Homes were very efficient in fixing a broken outdoor fan the very next day. The only downside is that having small children and a couple of elderly occupants meant it was just a little bit far to walk to Pacific Fair and out of the way of the beach meaning having to rely on taxis and ubers. The house was spotless, Elite Holiday Homes were very helpful and easy to deal with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you for having us. We had the best holiday!

Great holiday location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Jan 2016. There was plenty of space for all our family, the outside BBQ area was excellent, and we used it every night. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The media room was a bonus and was enjoyed by all. The property gave us privacy yet was located within easy reach of shopping and restaurants.

Great for a big group

The 12 of us had a great time here. The house was lovely and is a great place to relax and have a good time with a large group of friends or family. Whether it's relaxing on the outdoor balcony (alfresco), enjoying a swim in the pool, playing pool on the pool table, watching movies in the cinema room or lounging in the family room, this house has something for everyone. Beautiful inside and out. The only negative is that being a bigger house that is very open with tiles and wooden floors, the noise can travel very easily throughout the house.

Waterfront spectacular !

I had an amazing stay with my girlfriends at this house. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to everywhere - Broadbeach restaurants and shops, Pacific Fair and what I thought was the best breakfast place in Australia - Grocer and Grind. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the outdoor area sensational. The pool table was fun too. We felt like Queens :) Highly recommended.

SPECTACULAR ACCOMMODATION WITH AMAZING SERVICES!!

We stayed at this accommodation for approx. 1 week. We were intially worried that the photos wouldn't be a great illustration of the property but we were stunned upon arrival. It was beautiful. The house was clean and everything was available to our comfort. We really did feel at home and didn't want to leave. Thank you to Elite holiday homes for making our holiday amazing!! Great house for a relaxing holiday!

Excellent and comfortable house. Rooms were spacious and full of light as was the whole house. We enjoyed the pool, the deck, sleeping, and having lunch or dinner together. We did not have enough time to even fully enjoy the movies room as much as we would have liked to. WOULD COME BACK!

What a gem!!

Definitely had the wow factor!. Everything we needed was there. No reason to leave the house or the pool :) Very clean, and kitchen well equipped. Loved the led lights in the shower too. Walking distance to pacific fair for all pampering and shopping needs.
