Lovely place to stay. The view is unbeatable. Very friendly staff made us feel at home. Our apartment was spotless and very well appointed. The only issue was that we did not have a shower in our ensuite, just a bathtub. Not really much of a concern though.

Loved it!

We stayed during a random weather event. Although we did not enjoy the beach as planned, we watched things unfold from the comfort of our room. Staff were fantastic, facilities were great, and our room was amazing.

Great stay in Tugun.

Great location and service. Fully self-contained apartments, large living space, and full kitchen amenities. The beach here is one of the best in the world. Amazing views and walking distance to essential shopping such as groceries, liquor outlets, bakery, cafes, and restaurants. There is a recently completed paved boardwalk for the joggers and riders. The management here are helpful and friendly.

Great beach locale.

The location is great. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean is fantastic. The room was old and not very clean. Definitely livable but not as clean as I would expect for the price. The major pro is beach access without crossing a street. Out of the property door, cross a walkway (which is a great exercise or strolling trail), and you are at the unpatrolled beach. If you want a lifeguard area it is approximately 10 minutes walk in either direction. The pool is in a great spot but quite deep, close to 180cm or 6 feet in most areas. Having a full apartment next to the beach is the best thing about the place. The place is doable without a vehicle. Modest amenities are within about a 15 minute walk. The management are very friendly and helpful.

Great Location! We had a wedding to go to in Summergrove Estate, it was nice to have a place 20 minutes away to get ready instead of getting ready and spending an hour driving

Had beautiful views on beach. That was about it. There were fleas and maggots in the house all over the kitchen upon arrival and feet black dirty minute walked on floor. Never saw staff once while we were there closed Sunday afternoons then Friday to Tuesday so couldn't use facilities/ gym /games room or get help with anything even check in no one. Someones car was in our car space so spent first night parked on road lugging in luggage from far away. The beds were hard as a rock, cheap and uncomfortable, and bathroom completely outdated. couches vinyl and uncomfortable. Sweated in them when sat down. Couldn't figure out how to turn on bedroom lights during whole stay switches broken. The rooms you definately couldn't sleep in because all you heard was highway noise or airplanes with all windows shut. The place was OK but a complete rip off price wise. It felt like I was staying at a hostel with a great view on the beach.

Aquarian's Delight

Our Stay was fabulous. The view to die for. Over too quickly. If we did have a concern it was dealt with by the immediately by the lovely Managers Leslie and Paul. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We could enjoy the beach in all aspects. Whether viewing from our balcony, or walking endlessly along the shore. Very easy access in and out of the complex. Great restaurants nearby. What more could you want for in a relaxing holiday.
