The condo offers a big pool and jacuzzi. Sleeps up to 3 with a queen bed in the bedroom and an extra queen mattress that can be in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, reclining sofa, and balcony with seating. Includes a washer and dryer for convenience. Perfect for couples, friends or families. Location in the calm part of Surfers Paradise very close to Budds Beach. The apartment is located on second level, that's the last level so theres anyone stepping over you! The apartment is really clean and tidy. The apartment is solid built, providing good sound and heat isolation. There's two street access, one street is usually empty and chill, that's the street the apartment faces with. The building that faces the front is one block away, so there's nothing to close and that's what makes this street quieter. The other access faces a busier street, ideal to leave for a dinner or something on the most central Surfers. We value nice lightning arround the apartment for a cozy stay! With a 52” tv I recommend budsbeach for a sunset, 200m from our gate, the picture is last one on the ad.
